We’ve had lots of progress since or last community workshop on November 13th. Here are a few updates on our progress.
Second Community Workshop Recap
The second community workshop was very well attended and a big increase from the first one. A big THANK YOU to everyone that took time to join us and provide input.
Third Community Workshop
The third community workshop will be held on Thursday, December 4th, at 6:30 PM in the High School cafeteria.
The goal of next Thursday’s workshop will be to present and discuss the following.
- We will present the case that doing nothing is not a viable option.
- We will present three building rationalization options and workshop advantages and disadvantages. These options will include a proposed classroom loading and cost estimates.
- We will provide an update on the ongoing regionalization options currently being discussed with surrounding towns.
- We will workshop the three building rationalization options in an effort to reduce them to two.
