The Zoning Board of Appeals is an eight-member Board consisting of five (5) regular members and three (3) alternate members. The Board was established by an Ordinance adopted at a Town Meeting February 9, 1971. The Zoning Board of Appeals is an administrative agency which acts in a quasi- judicial manner.
