Free Summer Concert Series

The Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston continues its 21st year of free summer outdoor concerts at Reeves Little League Field, 9 North Main St., Thomaston. The corporate sponsor for the Summer Concert Series is the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation. Each concert runs 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
The August 5th concert features the return of bluegrass favorite, Restless Mountain.
Restless Mountain Bluegrass band has been active in various configurations in Connecticut for over a decade. The band regrouped in 2017 with several new musicians, a new song mix, and new presentation. Scott Camara (dobro), Jerry Devokaitis (guitar), Matt Fleury (banjo), Gracin Dorsey (mandolin), and Dave Aston (bass), have each been active bluegrass musicians for many years, and always offer a fun mix of traditional , standards, and entertaining classics evoking fond memories and a bringing a smile.
Reeves Field is handicap accessible. The Little League Café will be open for food and snacks. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, leave your alcohol at home, sit back and enjoy the wonder of live music!
