The Planning & Zoning Commission seeks your input to help develop an Affordable Housing Plan for the Town of Thomaston. Section 8-30j of the General Statutes requires all Connecticut municipalities to prepare an Affordable Housing Plan every five years. Once adopted, the plan will help guide decision-making in order to better address our residents’ housing needs.
The questions ask your thoughts about current housing options in Thomaston, affordable housing in general, and more specifically, the type of housing Thomaston needs now and over the next ten years. The survey should only take about 10 minutes of your time, and unless you provide your email address in Section 3, it is completely anonymous.
