Hickory Hill Road reconstruction is underway. This extensive project will include storm sewer drainage replacement, road grading and repaving is scheduled to last for 2 construction seasons. The construction cost of 6.4 million dollars is being totally borne by the state via federal funding and not at the expense of Thomaston's taxpayers. We urge you to patient as this project proceeds as it will be well worth it once all is completed.
