The Town of Thomaston has partnered with the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities and ProAct to offer this benefit at no charge to either you or the Town. Over the past 5 years the average savings when applicable is equivalent to a 44% savings. To take advantage of this program visit the site http://ctrxdiscountcard.com and print a membership card.
