Maintenance Coordinator
A full time position to perform custodial functions to ensure effective operation of town hall and Opera House. Position has on call responsibility for emergencies, security and safety issues of town hall and Opera House building. Integral role in major projects with contractors. Oversees departmental budget, ordering supplies as needed. Supervises housekeeper. Knowledge of repair basics of small equipment, OSHA regulations, and working knowledge of mechanical drawings and blueprints. Prior HVAC experience is a plus.
