Visiting Nurse Association

The Thomaston Visiting Nurse Association was established in 1916 and still continues to provide home health services to our residents. The Board of Directors chose the Visiting Nurse and Home Care Northwest, Inc. to provide home health services to our residents.
If you should need any home health services, please contact Visiting Nurse and Home Care Northwest, Inc. in Litchfield at 1-860-567-6000. They will be able to discuss and assist you with all home health care services.
